robbery in the first degree and larceny of an automobile.
Consecutive statutory sentences were imposed. Mr. Scruggs now
appeals. The alleged robbery occurred at a Quick Shop food store and the
auto larceny at the Jim Clark Motor Company, both in Topeka.
